SERDANG, February 15, 2019 - Centre for Academic Development (CADe) has received visit from Manipal International University, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The presence of five (5) delegates consists of the Registrar, Mr. Sahrul Haslan Hassan and four (4) academic officers involved in the teaching of General Subjects (MPU) at the University. This visit is aimed at obtaining information on online teaching methods implemented at UPM such as MOOC and exploring collaboration with CADe in developing MOOC courses.

Held in the CADe Meeting Room, Canselori Putra Building, Deputy Director of CADe, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurfadhlina Mohd Sharef has provided information on the development and implementation of MPU's teaching and learning activities, especially the Islamic Civilization and Asian Civilization (TITAS) course through MOOC practiced by CADe. The discussion was also attended by Deputy Director of CADe, Academic Staff Development Division, Prof. Dr. Wong Su Luan, Head of CADe Administration, Mr. Ahmad Nizam Abdullah, Head of Teaching and Learning Innovation Division, Mr. Mohd Idham Abdul Rashid and also Designer, Mrs. Arina Zafirah Zulkafli.
